Acacia has launced a new service called "Acacia Dads" which has been set-up to help and support dads cope after the birth of a child.

"Acacia Dads" is a free support service for dads and other family members who feel they may need some extra help and support after the birth of a child or help in finding ways to support their partner who may be experiencing Postnatal depression.

Dads in general have a lot to live up to - many men struggle to cope with fears about job security, work and money so it's really no wonder that some fathers - especially first time dads -might find the whole experience overwhelming.

So if you are a dad who feels you may benefit from talking to "Acacia Dads", or if you know of someone else who is struggling then call our Acacia Dad's Project Coordinator on 07928 486144 or email acaciadads@acacia.org.uk
